As a Supply Chain Management (SCM) AI Subject Matter Expert - Associate Director, you will join the team to drive AI strategy, solution design, and delivery oversight across enterprise supply chain engagements. You will be responsible for designing solutions for functions like demand planning, inventory optimization, warehousing, and procurement while partnering with sales teams on discovery sessions, proposals, and executive presentations. Your daily work involves providing advisory services such as readiness assessments and transformation roadmaps while overseeing execution plans to ensure quality outcomes. The role requires expertise in Generative AI, agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-agent orchestration using platforms like Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI. You will solve complex supply chain challenges for industries including Life Sciences, Retail, Manufacturing, and Consumer Goods using tools like Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, SAP, Oracle, or o9 Solutions.
Design AI solutions for supply chain functions like demand planning, inventory optimization, and procurement.
Identify and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions to solve complex supply chain challenges.
Support sales teams with discovery sessions, proposal development, effort estimation, and executive presentations.
Provide advisory services including AI readiness assessments, transformation roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
Translate business requirements into offshore execution plans and oversee solution delivery milestones.
Develop reusable assets and thought leadership to advance the company's SCM and AI practice.
What we're looking for
8+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise transformation.
3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
1+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, AI agents, agentic workflows, or AI-driven automation solutions.
Strong understanding of RAG, Copilots, multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop frameworks, and cloud-based AI solution architectures.
Working knowledge of supply chain business processes including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management.
Experience with leading SCM platforms such as Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Manhattan Associates, SAP, Oracle, o9 Solutions, or similar technologies (preferred).
Prior consulting or systems integration experience with success in client-facing engagements, presales support, and solution delivery leadership.
Certifications in Supply Chain Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Cloud Technologies (preferred).
