Intern Application Developer – Oracle - 2027 is a role within the Oracle practice where you will work as an intern to support enterprise applications and business solutions in areas like finance, supply chain, procurement, human resources, and digital transformation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, contribute to documentation, and build high-quality, scalable code for cloud-native and full-stack applications. The role involves working with technologies including databases, operating systems, cloud platforms, and modern UI frameworks while utilizing AI-enabled tools. Key skills required include proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++, along with knowledge of object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, APIs, Git, and DevOps practices. You will focus on solving complex business challenges through software engineering, automation, and modern application development within a consulting environment.
Develop scalable and reusable code while participating in peer code reviews.
Build cloud-native and full-stack applications using modern UI frameworks and databases.
Create technical documentation and participate in design discussions to support project communication.
Support the development of enterprise applications for finance, supply chain, and human resources.
Implement AI-enabled tools and technologies to solve complex business challenges for clients.
Contribute to software quality practices and ensure high performance and security in applications.
Assist in defining technical solutions based on requirements gathered from cross-functional teams.
What we're looking for
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
Basic understanding of programming concepts and experience with at least one language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, or C++.
Basic understanding of software development principles, object-oriented programming, algorithms, data structures, databases, APIs, and problem-solving.
Exposure to software development, web development, cloud technologies, or technical problem-solving through coursework, projects, hackathons, or other practical learning.
Familiarity with Git, APIs, databases, Agile development, DevOps concepts, cloud platforms, user interface frameworks, or software engineering best practices (preferred).
Interest in Artificial Intelligence, cloud computing, automation, enterprise application development, and consulting (preferred).
