What you'll do

Manage the large-scale website redesign project from initial discovery through final deployment.
Define project scopes, deliverables, and timelines while accounting for technical dependencies and resource allocation.
Oversee design and development phases to ensure code quality meets standards and aligns with design intent.
Act as a technical liaison to troubleshoot layout issues and streamline developer handoffs using HTML/CSS knowledge.
Coordinate the implementation of API connections, CMS customizations, and Martech tool stacking.
Manage the implementation of templatized design systems in Figma to ensure cross-platform consistency.
Provide high-level status updates and communicate project health and roadmap dependencies to executive leadership.
Assist in the quality assurance process to ensure seamless experiences across mobile, desktop, and in-app environments.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience specifically managing high-stakes interactive, digital, or web development projects.
Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and web architecture.
Expert proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Workfront.
In-depth familiarity with Figma as the source of truth for design assets.
Deep understanding of platform ecosystems such as WordPress, Contentful, or Webflow.
Direct experience managing projects involving animation and third-party API or AI-driven tool integrations.
PMP, CSM, or relevant Agile certifications (preferred).
