What you'll do

  • Develop lightweight prototypes and proof-of-concepts using modern AI-assisted development tools.
  • Define success metrics for experiments and analyze results to inform future product decisions.
  • Provide recommendations for pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies for validated concepts.
  • Document findings, roadmap decisions, and customer insights to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with engineering and pre-sales teams to translate validated concepts into scalable solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in product management, strategy, innovation, or a related discipline within fintech, capital markets, or enterprise software.
  • Ability to assess market opportunities and translate customer needs into actionable product concepts.
  • Strong customer discovery skills, including the ability to conduct interviews and synthesize insights from feedback.
  • Experience working in ambiguous environments and bringing structure to complex problems.
  • Familiarity with prototyping, experimentation, and validating product concepts through customer feedback.
  • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams to communicate strategy and business cases.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
