Integration & Test Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for lab integration, production readiness testing, and field test execution.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Special Test Equipment (STE) for manufacturing and environmental workflows.
• Direct the development of automated test solutions including scripts, drivers, and data processing pipelines.
• Manage complex production lab environments including automation infrastructure, networks, and integrated test setups.
• Oversee data analysis workflows involving logging, statistical evaluation, anomaly detection, and trend analysis.
• Develop analytical models to predict system performance and support engineering design decisions.
• Lead the execution of field tests, including instrumentation configuration and post-test analysis.
• Manage technical reporting, defect triage processes, and cross-functional issue resolution for hardware and software faults.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with 9+ years of experience; OR graduate degree with 7+ years; OR 15+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of direct leadership experience managing integration, test, or verification engineering teams.
• Active U.S. Secret clearance.
• Strong hands-on experience with data analytics using Python, MATLAB, or similar tools (preferred).
• Proficiency with automated test development, scripting, and hardware/software debugging (preferred).
• Deep understanding of system integration principles, test architecture, instrumentation, and validation methodologies (preferred).
• Experience analyzing large datasets, developing custom analytical tools, and interpreting system performance metrics (preferred).
• Work authorization documents, budgets, schedules, and performance metrics.
