Integration Specialist, Amazon Leo Deck Integration

What you'll do

• Manage the repair and rework of defective flight hardware in coordination with engineering teams.
• Maintain certification, traceability, and calibration for all production tools and equipment per AS9100 standards.
• Implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Triage non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, and manage corrective actions in Jira.
• Develop training programs and provide technical guidance to technicians for production and repair tasks.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and ensure facility compliance with safety and cleanroom standards.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving manufacturing engineering, quality, and supply chain to improve production throughput.
• Manage inventory of supplies, tools, and spare parts to prevent line-down events.

What we're looking for

• High school diploma, equivalent, or Associate's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management including resource planning and reporting.
• At least 3 years of experience in hardware development, test labs, space/aerospace maintenance, or hands-on engineering environments.
• Experience with precision torque, measurement, and inspection devices such as calipers and micrometers.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective actions.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies including Kaizen, Lean, or DMAIC.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, construction drawings, and engineering specifications.
• Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or equivalent production tracking systems.
