What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years, Master’s degree with 8+ years, or PhD + 5 years of industry experience in optical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, physics, or related fields.
Experience with solid-state physics, integrated photonics, and opto-electronics.
Experience with photonics numerical simulation principles and tools such as FDTD, HFSS, and COMSOL.
Experience in photonic device process and fabrication.
Experience with photonic device layout and tapeout.
Experience in hybrid integration of different material systems (preferred).
Experience in photonic devices based on thin-film lithium niobate (preferred).
Experience with designing, simulating, and testing high-speed electronic or optical devices (preferred).
