Installation IT Applications Analyst

What you'll do

• Manage, configure, and optimize enterprise applications to ensure reliability and performance.
• Establish and maintain effective incident management processes to track and resolve technical problems.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support.
• Coordinate enhancements for both homegrown and commercial software solutions.
• Implement application solutions that align with strategic business objectives and ensure seamless integration.
• Perform application rationalization, simplification, and consolidation across the organization.
• Work with technology partners and consultancies to deliver application requirements and changes.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovations for application administration.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of functional experience.
• Proven experience as an Application Administrator or similar role.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
• Ability to administer operational procedures to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
