What you'll do

Manage, configure, and optimize enterprise applications to ensure reliability and performance.
Establish and maintain incident management processes to track and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Oversee the full lifecycle of enterprise applications including installation, monitoring, and support.
Coordinate enhancements for both homegrown and commercial software solutions.
Gather requirements from cross-functional teams to implement application changes and improvements.
Perform application rationalization through simplification and consolidation of existing systems.
Manage relationships with technology partners and consultancies to achieve organizational goals.
Monitor industry trends and new technologies to recommend innovative system improvements.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of functional experience.
Proven experience as an Application Administrator or in a similar role.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
Ability to manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
