What you'll do

Design, configure, and upgrade low-complexity business systems and technology platforms.
Perform impact analysis and estimate requirements for requested system changes.
Guide workflow design and test system changes to resolve technical issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical and system documentation.
Provide end-user production support and troubleshoot issues via tracking systems.
Liaise with stakeholders and software vendors to align business needs with system delivery.
Develop new processes and procedures in partnership with leadership and business teams.
Create and participate in training materials and sessions for end users.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions in an application analyst or project delivery role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills including internet navigation and email usage.
Demonstrated ability to understand industry best practices.
Experience configuring business systems software in a life sciences, health care, or related industry (preferred).
Professional working knowledge in Health Care or Biotechnology (preferred).
Professional working knowledge with agile delivery methodologies (preferred).
