EWM SAP IT Application Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage the application roadmap to ensure alignment with business priorities and IT strategy.
• Lead business requirements analysis through interviews and process modeling to define "as-is" and "to-be" states.
• Co-design scalable, data-driven solutions in collaboration with architects and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee development quality, peer reviews, and technical leadership for enterprise application projects.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex incidents and drive root cause resolution.
• Define and execute testing strategies to ensure system performance and stability.
• Perform data-driven operational analysis to ensure application availability and continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor team members on best practices, compliance, and technical development.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in application development or enterprise systems is required.
• Strong experience with SAP/ERP systems, specifically including EWM and complex enterprise environments, is required.
• Proven experience in technical leadership roles within application development projects is required.
• Experience with change management across functional and technical aspects of enterprise systems is required.
• Experience supporting business domains such as manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain is required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including at least one end-to-end implementation, is preferred.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
