IT Applications Analyst, Labware

What you'll do

• Design and develop software and enterprise system solutions based on user requirements and SDLC standards.
• Coordinate with business departments to gather, prioritize, and implement application enhancement requests.
• Create and maintain technical documentation including requirement specifications, design plans, and test reports.
• Perform code reviews and process change control requests in compliance with regulated system management practices.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues at the application, server, and infrastructure levels.
• Administer production systems and provide ongoing maintenance for AWS infrastructure.
• Write and execute queries against large-scale enterprise databases to configure various reports.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience for Associate level, 2–5 years for Analyst level, or 5+ years for Senior level.
• Experience designing and developing software and enterprise system solutions following the SDLC.
• Ability to perform design, code, architecture reviews, and process change control requests in a compliant environment.
• Proficiency in writing and executing queries against large-scale enterprise databases.
• Ability to provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues at the application, server, and infrastructure levels.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and large-scale enterprise database management (preferred).
• LabWare Configuration using LIMS Basic or LabWare ELN V4 certification and familiarity with GMP environments (preferred).
