You will also oversee macOS device enrollment using Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune. Key technologies include Cisco Routing, Active Directory, PowerShell, VMware vSphere, and ServiceNow. You will resolve complex connectivity, authentication, and hardware issues while performing root cause analysis within an SLA-driven operational environment.

What you'll do

  • Support and maintain LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and SD-WAN network environments.
  • Administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including provisioning VDI and managing StoreFront and Gateway.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policies.
  • Manage Linux platforms by provisioning servers, patching systems, and automating tasks with Shell or Python.
  • Administer macOS devices using MDM platforms like Jamf or Intune for enrollment and security compliance.
  • Provide end-to-end troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
  • Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities to ensure high availability of business services.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change requests while maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.

What we're looking for

  • 5–8 years of enterprise infrastructure support experience.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise environments.
  • Experience across networking, Citrix, server administration, and endpoint support.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
  • Proficiency in Linux administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and Shell/Bash/Python scripting.
  • Proficiency in macOS administration using Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, and Apple Business Manager.
  • Experience with Cisco Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and VPN technologies.
  • Experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, StoreFront, Gateway, Director, PVS, and MCS.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with ServiceNow, PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios, and ITIL processes.
  • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (preferred).
  • Azure Administrator Associate (preferred).
  • Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V) or Professional (CCP-V) (preferred).
  • Cisco CCNA or CCNP (preferred).
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Engineer (RHCE) (preferred).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
