What you'll do

  • Support and maintain LAN, WAN, wireless, VPN, and SD-WAN network environments.
  • Administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including provisioning VDI and managing StoreFront and Gateway.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policies.
  • Manage Linux platforms by provisioning servers, managing permissions, and performing security hardening.
  • Administer macOS devices using MDM platforms like Jamf or Intune for enrollment and compliance.
  • Provide end-to-end troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints.
  • Perform server patching, backups, disaster recovery, and infrastructure health checks.
  • Manage incident, problem, and change requests within an SLA-driven operational environment.

What we're looking for

  • 5–8 years of enterprise infrastructure support experience.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in networking including Cisco Routing & Switching, TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, DNS/DHCP, VPN, and Firewalls.
  • Experience administering Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, StoreFront, Gateway, Director, PVS, and MCS.
  • Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, File & Print Services, and PowerShell.
  • Experience with Linux platforms including Red Hat, CentOS, and Ubuntu, including Shell scripting and performance tuning.
  • Experience with macOS support using Jamf Pro, Microsoft Intune, and Apple Business Manager.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Azure (preferred), AWS (preferred), ServiceNow, PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios, and ITIL processes.
