What you'll do

  • Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, including provisioning, patching, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain Windows Server environments by managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
  • Manage Linux platforms including Red Hat, CentOS, and Ubuntu through provisioning, security hardening, and scripting.
  • Administer macOS devices using MDM platforms like Jamf or Intune to ensure compliance and security.
  • Provide end-to-end support for Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Perform incident, problem, and change management activities within an SLA-driven environment.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.

What we're looking for

  • 5–8 years of enterprise infrastructure support experience.
  • Experience supporting global enterprise environments with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in networking (Cisco, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, VPN) and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server administration including Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
  • Experience managing Linux platforms (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and macOS devices using MDM tools like Jamf or Intune.
  • Experience with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V; Azure and AWS are preferred.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Nagios) and ITIL processes.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, Red Hat, or ITIL are preferred.
