Infrastructure Support Engineer, MacOS Administration, Windows Server Admin & Endpoint & Client Support

What you'll do

• Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, wireless, and VPN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Administer Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, including provisioning, patching, and performance optimization.
• Maintain Windows Server environments by managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file services.
• Manage Linux platforms including Red Hat, CentOS, and Ubuntu through provisioning, security hardening, and scripting.
• Administer macOS devices using MDM platforms like Jamf or Intune for enrollment and compliance.
• Provide end-to-end technical support for Windows, macOS, and Linux endpoints and peripherals.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management activities within an SLA-driven environment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles.

What we're looking for

• 5–8 years of enterprise infrastructure support experience.
• Experience supporting global enterprise environments with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in networking technologies including Cisco routing/switching, VPNs, firewalls, and DNS/DHCP.
• Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, including StoreFront, Gateway, Director, PVS, and MCS.
• Experience in Windows Server administration (2016–2022), Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell.
• Proficiency in Linux administration (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and scripting using Shell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience managing macOS devices via MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro or Microsoft Intune.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco, Red Hat, or ITIL are preferred.
