Infrastructure Solutions Engineer Lead Consultant

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure automation solutions across omni-hosted platforms.
• Develop reusable modules, templates, and blueprints using Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Puppet, or Python.
• Establish engineering standards, governance, and a roadmap for enterprise-scale Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure delivery, including security, compliance, and testing automation.
• Build self-service infrastructure capabilities and APIs to enable automated provisioning and orchestration.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering and Specification-Driven Design practices to improve automation quality and delivery speed.
• Create documentation, reference architectures, and training materials for IaC tooling and engineering best practices.
• Transform manual infrastructure processes into a resilient, software-defined operating model across compute, networking, and security.

What we're looking for

• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, patterns, and engineering practices.
• Strong experience building infrastructure automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform/OpenTofu, Env0, Puppet, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Knowledge of Git-based development workflows, branching strategies, pull requests, and code review practices.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, identity management, and platform services.
• Proven ability to influence engineering teams and drive adoption of technical standards.
• 5 or more years of experience (preferred).
• Experience integrating LLMs, AI agents, or Copilot technologies into infrastructure engineering solutions (preferred).
