Infrastructure Senior Tech Analyst - Assistant Vice President

What you'll do

• Provide advanced support for mainframe services and resolve day-to-day operational challenges.
• Lead infrastructure problem management projects to enhance service and reduce manual toil.
• Act as the service owner by providing immediate notifications and managing critical issues.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and perform impact analysis for high-impact problems.
• Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Provide technical direction and coaching to lower-level analysts and junior team members.
• Develop projects for designing metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking activities, and best practices.
• Review requirement documents and update operational processes and procedures as necessary.

What we're looking for

• 5-8 years of experience in Infrastructure Technologies delivery with a proven track record of operational process change and improvement.
• 3+ years’ experience across IBM Z platform architecture.
• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams under pressure or to a deadline.
• Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment (preferred).
