The Infrastructure Maturity & Assessment Senior Manager leads rigorous baseline assessments and maturity evaluations of enterprise infrastructure estates. Working within the consulting team, this role involves conducting structured maturity models across compute, network, storage, cloud, operations, and tooling to establish evidence-based baselines. The individual will define future-state target architectures, develop TCO models and financial business cases to quantify technical debt, and construct phased transformation roadmaps. Key responsibilities include presenting investment recommendations to CIOs and maintaining proprietary maturity frameworks. Required skills include infrastructure architecture, financial modeling for cloud unit economics, and experience with frameworks like TOGAF, CMMI, or ISO/IEC 38500. The role solves the business problem of translating complex technical debt into prioritized, costed roadmaps that secure executive funding and drive modernization for large enterprise clients.

What we're looking for
Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure architecture, or technology consulting.
Minimum 8+ years in advisory or architecture leadership roles delivering infrastructure assessments and transformation roadmaps for large enterprise clients.
Minimum 3+ years of experience building TCO models and financial business cases for infrastructure investment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if an Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.
Experience developing or stewarding a proprietary infrastructure maturity framework (preferred).
Hands-on experience building infrastructure TCO models including cloud pricing and on-premises refresh economics (preferred).
Industry certifications across cloud architecture, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF, or equivalent) (preferred).
