What we're looking for
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years of call center production support experience.
- Extensive experience supporting large-scale Splunk environments and implementing performance improvements.
- Proficiency in Splunk architecture, including indexing, search head clustering, and data onboarding.
- Expertise in Cribl Stream and Edge for log management and data routing, and designing Cribl Packs.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services like EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, and Control Tower, with IaC automation tools.
- Experience with network protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, and Linux operating systems including RHEL and CentOS.
