What you'll do

Lead troubleshooting efforts and identify root causes of problems across the enterprise logging environment.
Manage the full systems engineering lifecycle for large hybrid Splunk and Cribl deployments.
Design, test, implement, and document requirements for enterprise logging and telemetry systems.
Configure and maintain Splunk Cloud and Enterprise environments, including indexing and data onboarding.
Deploy and manage Cribl Stream and Cribl Edge for log management and data routing.
Automate infrastructure and configuration using IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
Develop and execute large-scale initiatives in partnership with Agile Program and Product Management leads.
Coach and provide technical guidance to customers and staff requiring assistance.

What we're looking for

Must have a Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and 3 years of pharmacy benefit management production support experience.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in any call center production support role in the pharmacy benefit management domain.
Must have experience supporting, operating, and managing large-scale Splunk environments, including Cloud and Enterprise deployments.
Must have experience with Splunk architecture, SPL, query optimization, data onboarding via Universal Forwarders, and HTTP Event Collector.
Must have experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining Cribl Stream and Cribl Edge for log management and data routing.
Must have experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, and Ansible.
Must have experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS, S3, and Control Tower.
Must have experience with Linux operating systems, shell scripting in Bash and Python, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI.
