What you'll do

Serve as the lead technical consultant for the design, engineering, and development of IT solutions.
Lead the analysis and implementation of infrastructure solutions for complex business projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture and requirements.
Create design specifications and develop utility programs to address escalated infrastructure problems.
Perform risk assessments, capacity planning, and budget forecasting for infrastructure projects.
Diagnose and correct application and network problems across diverse technologies like mainframe, server, and database systems.
Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors.
Manage hybrid cloud environments, network encryption, and security compliance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of experience.
Master's degree and 3 years of experience are accepted as an alternative to the bachelor's requirement.
Experience with software development, platform engineering, Linux, Windows, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
Experience with database performance tuning, AWS, and data replication tools including Oracle GoldenGate and Qlik Replicate.
Experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, and service metrics dashboard creation.
Experience in product lifecycle management and product upgrades.
Experience troubleshooting data mismatch issues, managing hybrid cloud environments, network encryption setup, and security compliance.
