As the Staff Site IT Manager, you will lead all information technology for a manufacturing plant, overseeing the infrastructure and software applications that enable shop operations. You will be responsible for the performance, reliability, and availability of these systems while partnering with business teams to drive digital improvements and support continuous operational excellence. Your daily work involves designing and implementing roadmaps for IT infrastructure, managing networking, PCs, wireless systems, RF scanners, printers, A/V, and telecom equipment. You will also manage machine instrumentation initiatives and monitor WAN, LAN, and WLAN performance. The role requires expertise in manufacturing site infrastructure, ERP or MES environments, and lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
