Information Security Engineering Analyst I

What you'll do

• Deliver and optimize security solutions to reduce risk and protect critical business systems.
• Implement and enhance security controls to identify, prioritize, and address threats and vulnerabilities.
• Deploy and manage security technologies to improve monitoring, detection, and response capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging security trends to align internal practices with industry standards and compliance requirements.
• Assist with incident response efforts including investigations, security reviews, and remediation activities.
• Perform vulnerability management and risk assessments to strengthen the organization's security posture.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles including vulnerability management, risk assessment, security controls, and secure access management.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, network segmentation, authentication, authorization, and encryption concepts.
• Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and apply established security practices to support business objectives.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with a commitment to continuous learning and team success.
• Experience with security technologies such as WAF, IPS, endpoint monitoring, or vulnerability scanning tools is preferred.
• Experience supporting security reviews, compliance activities, or regulatory audit requirements in a technology environment is preferred.
