Implementation Coordinator III, Payments

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the entire implementation project lifecycle.
• Analyze client documentation and discussions to gather specific requirements and business rules.
• Translate gathered requirements into existing system configurations or identify necessary product enhancements.
• Conduct readiness reviews to ensure all aspects of the client setup are complete before implementation.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting support during and after the implementation process.
• Establish project guidelines and timeframes to ensure all installation milestones are met.
• Conduct exit reviews and document issues to prevent repetition in subsequent conversions.
• Train installation team personnel and provide guidance to customers on system usage.

What we're looking for

• Must have at least 4 years of experience working with software implementations, in a financial institution, or for a Fintech company.
• Must be comfortable working with technical and executive leaders within a financial institution.
• Must have the ability to work extended hours including weekends as business needs dictate.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Experience working with API and SSO centric architecture (preferred).
• Experience working with technical and complex projects and related tools (preferred).
• Experience with Jack Henry products and services and/or electronic payment processes (preferred).
