ICAM Data Scientist will join the team to support the Department of Veterans Affairs identity ecosystem, focusing on mission-critical ICAM services involving the Master Person Index and various access management platforms. Build analytics and dashboards to monitor identity data quality across multiple systems.

Perform data reconciliation and bulk validation to ensure identity integrity.

What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or applied data science.
Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
Experience building dashboards or reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Splunk.
Experience working with identity, access, or security telemetry such as SIEM or IAM/IGA logs.
Public Trust determination is required.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Statistics.
Experience with the VA's MPI and Electronic Health Record (EHR) (preferred).
Experience applying machine learning to identity or access anomaly detection, UEBA, or fraud/risk scoring (preferred); Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science (preferred).
