Senior Data Scientist Prod AI&ML

What you'll do

• Conceive, develop, and implement GenAI and ML solutions to support clinical trial operations.
• Fine-tune and adapt large language models for clinical trial protocol analytics and data harmonization.
• Create tools for cost and enrollment optimization using operational data and optimization techniques.
• Deliver real-world data insights to support clinical operation scenarios.
• Contribute to patient modeling and enrollment simulations to provide accurate completion projections.
• Articulate highly technical methods and results to diverse audiences to drive decision-making.

What we're looking for

• Ph.D. degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, statistics, biostatistics, health economics, biomedical informatics, epidemiology, or applied mathematics.
• 2+ years of industry experience delivering Data Science projects using predictive technologies, forecasting, multi-objective optimization, NLP, AI, or machine learning.
• Hands-on experience with LLM application frameworks and tools like DSPy or LangChain, including clinical/medical LLMs and fine-tuning techniques.
• Proficiency with Python and SQL programming languages.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in real-world data, building patient cohorts, enrollment modeling, or clinical trial analytics (preferred).
• Experience working with healthcare professionals (preferred).
