What you'll do

  • Analyze customer behavior to identify factors influencing acquisition, conversion, retention, and churn.
  • Investigate anomalies in the funnel to determine causes of performance shifts.
  • Drive Run-the-Business by analyzing weekly GTM funnel performance for insights.
  • Communicate complex analysis as clear narratives to senior leaders for decision-making.
  • Elevate team’s technical standards by contributing to code libraries and peer reviews.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of data science experience in B2C SaaS, subscription, e-commerce, or digital products.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills with experience in large-scale datasets using Databricks, Spark, etc.
  • Solid foundation in statistics and quantitative methods including regression, hypothesis testing, forecasting.
  • Proven ability to solve business problems through data analysis in partnership with non-technical teams.
  • Independent work capability in ambiguous environments, effective prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
