Applied AIML Data Scientist Lead - Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop GenAI and LLM solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Implement optimization strategies to fine-tune generative models for specific use cases.
• Execute the full model development process including data wrangling, training, testing, and selection.
• Generate and present structured business insights from data analysis and modeling results.
• Communicate AI and GenAI capabilities to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Implement cutting-edge AI research techniques and leverage external APIs for enhanced functionality.
• Design and implement pipelines using RAG and Agentic AI frameworks.

What we're looking for

• PhD in Computer Science or related field with 2+ years of experience or a BS/MS with 4+ years of experience.
• Practical expertise with LLM projects and a proven track record of deploying AI/ML applications in production.
• Proficient programming skills in Python and SQL, with experience in languages such as R or Java.
• Experience with ML frameworks and APIs including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and OpenAI API.
• Solid understanding of statistics, machine learning fundamentals, and generative model architectures like Transformers.
• Experience with large, complicated datasets and integrating user feedback for agentic refinement.
• Experience working with engineering teams to operationalize ML models (preferred).
• Expertise in RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, and advanced prompting strategies like Chain-of-Thoughts (preferred).
