The IAM Technical Lead/Service Delivery Lead provides technical leadership and service delivery oversight for a large-scale enterprise identity environment. You will manage platform stability, incident management, and engineering enhancements for a landscape featuring 72K Saviynt users and 800 applications. Daily responsibilities include leading Root Cause Analysis, driving continuous service improvement through automation, and mentoring onsite and offshore engineering teams. You will utilize Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, Cisco Duo, and Astrix Security to manage non-human identities. Key technical skills include REST APIs, PowerShell, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. This role solves complex identity lifecycle issues, including Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes, provisioning, and security remediation across diverse enterprise systems like Active Directory, SAP, and Salesforce.
Provide technical oversight and escalation support for incidents, service requests, and major production security issues.
Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring IAM incidents to drive permanent corrective and preventive actions.
Identify and automate repetitive IAM operational activities using REST APIs, PowerShell, and workflow automation.
Drive continuous service improvement through ticket reduction, self-service initiatives, and operational standardization.
Monitor IAM platform health and metrics to proactively resolve issues impacting service quality and stability.
Develop and maintain runbooks, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and architecture documentation.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to onsite and offshore IAM engineering and support teams.
Manage IAM service quality by ensuring SLA/KPI performance and effective backlog management.
What we're looking for
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Cybersecurity, or Information Security.
Hands-on technical leadership experience with Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) across architecture, design, implementation, and production support.
Experience delivering major Saviynt initiatives including upgrades, migrations, application onboarding, and platform stabilization.
Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure AD B2C, and Cisco Duo MFA.
Experience with Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, workflows, and role-based access.
Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise systems like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SAP, and Salesforce.
Experience with Astrix Security or equivalent Non-Human Identity (NHI) solutions (preferred).
Experience supporting large enterprise environments with 50K+ identities and high-volume IAM support operations (preferred).
