HW Dev Engineer, Antenna System Validation

What you'll do

• Architect and design key blocks within next-generation phased array antenna systems.
• Develop RF circuitry and signal chains in partnership with RF engineers.
• Build and test proof-of-concept prototypes to validate new antenna architectures.
• Review PCB layouts to ensure high performance and manufacturability at scale.
• Use Linux-based tools to command and operate phased arrays during bring-up and integration.
• Define test strategies and validation criteria for new hardware designs.
• Verify that designs meet performance targets and iterate based on results.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams to prepare designs for high-volume manufacturing.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee for export control compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering, antenna design, or RF/analog circuit design.
• Experience designing and reviewing analog, digital, or high-speed circuits including schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Experience with RF measurement equipment such as power meters, spectrum analyzers, vector signal generators, network analyzers, or oscilloscopes.
• Experience taking hardware designs from concept through prototyping and bring-up.
• Proficiency with EM simulation tools (CST, HFSS, ADS) and programming languages like C, C++, Python, or MATLAB.
