HR Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources for analysis.
• Perform large-scale data analysis using mathematical and statistical methods to extract business insights.
• Write and execute data queries using SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
• Build data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to cross-functional groups.
• Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
• Document all data processes, findings, and technical solutions.
• Identify actionable insights and provide recommendations to influence business direction.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• 3 years of working experience with at least 2 years specifically in SQL and Python.
• Practical experience using Tableau and SQL to solve real-world problems in a business environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools including Alteryx, MATLAB, R, Excel, or SAS.
• Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sets like XML and JSON.
• Ability to develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for data experimentation.
• Knowledge of database concepts, data models, and data warehouse systems.
• Authorized to Work in the US.
