Business Analyst

What you'll do

• Validate, organize, and assemble raw data into monthly reports for management.
• Analyze data to identify cost drivers and improve stock accuracy while reducing inventory costs.
• Establish and report key performance metrics regarding cost drivers, stock availability, and forecast accuracy.
• Coordinate the exchange of data across multiple internal and external platforms.
• Maintain a centralized data repository using internal tools like Skywise or AppSheet.
• Communicate MRO forecast requirements to global supply chain partners and internal entities.
• Track and coordinate forecasted removals, repairs, and material requirements for aircraft assets.

What we're looking for

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, statistics, aeronautics, or a related field (or 4 years of equivalent experience).
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future need for visa sponsorship.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in written and verbal English.
• Must be an intermediate user of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau.
• Ability to evaluate raw data, interpret performance metrics, and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 10% domestically and internationally as required.
