What you'll do

Develop advanced sensing algorithms using signal processing and machine learning techniques.
Transition algorithmic solutions from initial research and concept stages into production-ready code.

Implement complex data processing and sensing algorithms in C/C++.
Perform root cause analysis to solve complex hardware and software integration challenges.
Analyze and clean raw sensor data to improve user experience for Apple products.
Optimize algorithms for use on embedded or resource-constrained systems.
Validate and test algorithmic performance throughout the full product lifecycle.

What we're looking for

BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
At least 3 years of industry experience.
Experience in early-stage algorithm development using signal processing and machine learning from concept through validation.
Proficiency in programming with C/C++.
Ability to build mathematical models in Python, MATLAB, R, or similar high-level languages.
Strong background in engineering math including applied linear algebra, probability, statistics, estimation, inference, and state-space models.
Experience working with embedded or resource-constrained systems.
Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
