What you'll do

  • Drive the project management lifecycle to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Track and manage deliverables, milestones, and project schedules for support initiatives.
  • Provide status updates and feedback to customers, internal management, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine processes for incident management and continuous service improvement.
  • Ensure all projects align with the specific goals and timelines outlined in the scope of work.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and support using Cerner Millennium or other EHR systems.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Experience of 0 to 2+ years is required.
  • Strong technical background in Cerner Millennium or equivalent EHR systems.
  • Proven experience in project management within healthcare IT environments.
  • Ability to develop and refine processes for incident management and service improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve project challenges.
