Integration Project Manager, Federal, Healthcare

What you'll do

• Manage the day-to-day lifecycle of healthcare interfaces including creation, localization, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate with the Release Manager to develop repeatable processes for integration scope and deployment.
• Track interface readiness and coordinate with architects regarding validation events and technical requirements.
• Identify solution build dependencies within the Oracle Health Millennium system and manage configuration tasks.
• Document, brief, and escalate project risks while executing specific mitigation strategies.
• Maintain the Interface JIRA backlog based on Agile delivery work breakdown structures.
• Provide status reporting and updates to the Project Management Office for executive-level presentations.
• Manage vendor communications and ensure all deliverables fall within the defined scope and budget.

What we're looking for

• Must possess a valid security clearance.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have strong project management skills with the ability to provide functional and technical guidance.
• Ability to independently drive work forward while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing healthcare interfaces through creation, localization, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Ability to manage schedules, identify risks, and create change requests for interface deployments.
• Ability to maintain a JIRA backlog based on Agile delivery WBS.
• Willingness to work from the Arlington, VA office four days per week.
