What you'll do

Manage all communication and relationships between the site and the Oracle Health Readiness Team.
Manage site-specific project plans and timelines to prepare local informatics teams for post-go-live roles.
Execute the Readiness Support Methodology and Event Driven methodology with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage all site calls, events, and deployment schedules in collaboration with the Engagement Management Team.
Track and report timelines for IMS updates and Post Go-Live events to the VISN Project Manager.
Maintain and manage the Readiness Checklist to ensure project milestones are met.
Identify and manage site-specific risks by reporting them through internal Site Readiness scrums.

What we're looking for

A security clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, health informatics, business, or a related field.
Master's degree in health informatics, public health, business administration, or project management (preferred).
3+ years of experience in healthcare IT, clinical informatics, or EHR implementation and project management.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner solutions including design, build, implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Experience managing EHR transitions or post-go-live optimization efforts (strongly preferred).
Prior experience working in a hospital, healthcare system, or VA environment (preferred).
PMP, CPHIMS, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications (preferred).
