What you'll do

  • Own middle-of-funnel acquisition conversion by diagnosing deal leaks and optimizing market-specific strategies.
  • Design and operationalize high-leverage performance drivers such as lead routing and contact cadence.
  • Set negotiation policies in collaboration with Pricing, Finance, and Sales leadership to optimize revenue.
  • Build early-warning systems for performance degradation and rapid-response playbooks.
  • Conduct end-to-end analysis using SQL, statistical methods, and qualitative data to inform strategy.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years experience in revenue operations or similar analytically rigorous roles with senior leadership ownership.
  • Proven track record of improving commercial performance through strategy, experimentation, and operational discipline.
  • Expert-level use of AI tools for building, prototyping, and shipping AI-enabled workflows.
  • Hands-on experience writing SQL, designing experiments, and conducting statistical analyses independently.
  • Ability to set negotiation policies in coordination with finance and pricing partners.
  • History of working in iterative loops: hypothesis testing, measurement, and rapid decision-making.
