The ideal candidate has over a decade of experience in revenue accounting and operations within public enterprises, with expertise in ERP systems, billing platforms, and advanced data analytics tools. They must possess deep technical knowledge, strong leadership skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while driving operational excellence and financial integrity across billions of dollars in transaction volume.
Lead revenue accounting function to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under U.S. GAAP.
Own month-end and quarter-end close processes for revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations.
Provide technical guidance on new product offerings and partnerships to maintain compliance and support strategic decisions.
Design and optimize end-to-end revenue operations processes, including automation of systems and tools.
Oversee global credit and collections operations to manage cash effectively and enhance customer relationships.
What we're looking for
12+ years of progressive experience in revenue accounting or controllership.
At least 10 years of leadership experience in public, global enterprise software or SaaS company.
Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and ASC 606 technical revenue guidance.
Experience managing credit and collections teams and processes.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, billing platforms, and revenue recognition engines.
Proven track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams.
Excellent executive communication skills to articulate complex accounting concepts.
