Join Affirm’s Strategic Finance team as a Senior Manager to support the growth of its Consumer business, including the Affirm Card and Marketplace. You will partner with key stakeholders to influence revenue, unit economics, and user growth while elevating finance's impact in senior-level decision-making. Your daily tasks include strategic financial analysis for Product, Growth Analytics, Credit, Revenue, and Merchant Pricing, developing models for user growth and monetization, and leading top-line planning processes. You will also build automated dashboards and analytical frameworks to enhance visibility and decision-making across the organization. Ideal candidates have over 10 years of experience in finance or analytics roles with strong financial modeling skills, SQL knowledge, and expertise in data visualization tools like Sigma. Familiarity with consumer finance and direct-to-consumer business models is a plus.
Serve as a strategic finance partner to influence product strategy and investment decisions.
Own and evolve user growth, engagement, and monetization models for direct-to-consumer channels.
Develop expertise in transactional unit economics and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Lead top-line planning processes including target setting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Build automated dashboards and analytical frameworks to improve organizational decision-making.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in analytical roles with demonstrated impact on business outcomes and forecasting
Proven ability to operate with ownership and influence in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for executive-level decision-making
Expertise in financial modeling and working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools
Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams
