What you'll do

  • Identifies optimization opportunities in scheduling, coding, billing, denial management, and collections.
  • Develops strategic plans for IT Service Management and service delivery capability within the organization.
  • Provides leadership and direction to the IT revenue cycle systems team, enhancing skills and capabilities.
  • Ensures processes are conducted compliantly and collaborates with Chief Information Security Officer on security.

What we're looking for
