Head of Executive Experiences & Innovation Lab

What you'll do

• Guide the strategic direction of the Executive Briefing Center program to create high-profile executive briefings.
• Shape the Enterprise Innovation Lab strategy to drive adoption of Apple technologies in new industry use cases.
• Act as a consultant to sales and marketing teams to build a pipeline of high-priority engagement opportunities.
• Manage a cross-functional network of internal experts to ensure appropriate expertise is matched to each client opportunity.
• Build and manage a premier discussion leader program by coaching internal experts on presentation and facilitation.
• Identify content gaps and develop new demos and assets to evolve program formats as platform capabilities expand.
• Monitor program impact through data-driven analysis and define success metrics for both the EBC and Innovation Lab.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years of experience leading cross-functional programs, client management, or customer engagement in complex environments.
• 5+ years of experience in a direct people management leadership role.
• Proven experience shaping partner engagement through an Executive Briefing Center, Innovation Lab, or similar experiential learning program.
• Strong consultative skills with a demonstrated ability to lead executive discussions and ideation sessions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how EBC and innovation lab programs influence sales outcomes.
• Technical fluency with Apple platform technologies and the broader Enterprise IT ecosystem.
• Ability to establish success metrics, analyze data, and communicate program ROI through data-driven insights.
• Exceptional communication skills including executive presentation and influencing others across all organizational levels.
• Background in management consulting or client services within the enterprise technology space (preferred).
• Experience planning high-impact executive roundtables, large-scale events, or managing a dedicated EBC/Innovation Lab (preferred).
• Experience building and managing corporate discussion leader programs or cross-functional expert benches (preferred).
• Expertise in developing strategic communications and tailored content for C-suite audiences (preferred).
• Familiarity with design thinking, rapid prototyping, or tiered innovation engagement models (preferred).
• Experience managing physical lab environments including hardware lifecycle and AV systems (preferred).
• Track record of coordinating technical specialists in customer-facing delivery roles (preferred).
