Experience Design Lead, Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop and execute design and research strategies that align complex projects with business objectives and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and service flow diagrams for key product touchpoints across multiple domains.
• Drive the adoption of inclusive design practices and accessibility guidelines while mentoring junior designers.
• Define the experience design strategy for Infrastructure Platforms to ensure consistency across shared platforms and handoffs.
• Build service design artifacts such as journey maps, blueprints, and reusable interaction patterns to improve scalability.
• Analyze market trends, user research, and operational data to identify friction points and inform design decisions.
• Partner with engineering teams to design trustworthy, AI-enabled interaction models that balance automation and operational safety.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design or similar roles.
• Extensive experience in product, experience, service, or human-centered design leadership within complex enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys, including storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Experience in inclusive design and accessibility guidelines to incorporate diverse perspectives into solutions.
• Advanced technical literacy regarding client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the impact of technology stacks on user experience.
• Deep experience designing for highly technical platforms, infrastructure products, engineering workflows, or operational environments.
• Strong communication, storytelling, facilitation, and executive presentation skills to translate complex technical ecosystems into clear strategies.
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure, cloud operations, or financial services (preferred); experience in regulated, risk-aware environments (preferred).
