Head of Developer Experience

What you'll do

• Set the enterprise Developer Experience and Product Enablement strategy, vision, and investment priorities.
• Own the full lifecycle of enterprise software development platforms including CI/CD, source code management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise product management tools including roadmapping, requirements authoring, and analytics.
• Integrate product and engineering toolchains into a single agentic PDLC to create a traceable thread from insight to release.
• Lead the consolidation of fragmented tooling, licenses, and support processes across the engineering and product estates.
• Establish a scalable support ecosystem including developer portals, knowledge management, and AI-assisted triage.
• Define and govern the enterprise approach to AI-native development, including approved tools and reusable agent workflows.
• Create an enterprise measurement system for productivity using DORA metrics, cycle times, and practitioner sentiment.

What we're looking for

• Must have a minimum of 15 years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Must have a proven track record of building and operating large-scale Developer Experience, DevSecOps, or software engineering enablement functions.
• Must have held enterprise decision rights over tooling used by teams outside their own reporting line.
• Must have direct ownership of modern product and software development lifecycle platforms in production.
• Must have experience consolidating overlapping toolchains across multiple business units.
• Must have experience rolling out AI-assisted development tooling to a developer population at scale.
• Must have experience hiring and leading a globally distributed organization across platform engineering, product management, and analytics.
• Must have an undergraduate degree; advanced degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred (preferred).
• Must have an indefinite right to work in the United States.
