Head of Cyber Customer Trust & Assurance

What you'll do

• Recruit, mentor, and lead a global team of Business Information Security Officers and support staff.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for all customer-driven and third-party security audits.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to high-value clients regarding complex security and compliance concerns.
• Negotiate data protection and security addendums in contracts with legal and procurement teams.
• Ensure organizational compliance with global data privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.
• Provide executive-level guidance to leadership on enterprise risk assessments and critical security matters.
• Manage the strategic direction, budget, and innovation for the global cybersecurity organization.
• Lead incident response efforts and manage communication during critical cybersecurity events.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree or MBA (preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity experience with at least 8-10 years in senior executive leadership positions for large multinational corporations.
• Extensive experience managing enterprise-wide security strategies and significant financial and external cybersecurity risks.
• Advanced expertise in enterprise security architecture, risk management frameworks, threat intelligence, and international regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record of developing enterprise-wide security policies and making strategic vendor selection decisions with P&L responsibility.
• CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or equivalent executive-level security credentials (preferred).
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate technology, Financial Services, or client-facing security advisory roles (preferred).
