As the Head of Classified Infrastructure at Frontier Systems, you will lead AFS’s classified infrastructure and information security strategy, ensuring that business line needs are met with secure technologies. You’ll work closely with Corporate Security, Class IT, and BL program teams to integrate security into system design from the outset, facilitating scalable security frameworks for multiple programs and environments. This role requires 8-12+ years of experience in cyber, technology, and information security, fluency in USG cyber methodologies, and a strong understanding of product and systems design. Preferred qualifications include standing up classified environments, system-of-systems engineering, and developing cryptographic solutions. You will drive innovation beyond industry standards to enhance classified infrastructure capabilities and service delivery models for new technologies.

What you'll do

Develop and implement classified infrastructure and information security strategies.
Advise senior leadership on secure technology trends and requirements.
Define new enhanced capabilities for classified infrastructure and service delivery models.

Serve as a cyber and network subject matter expert, advising on strategic decisions.

What we're looking for

8-12+ years of experience in cyber, technology, and information security industry.
Fluency in modern USG cyber methodologies including JSIG, ICD 503 CSEIG, SSECG, NIST SP 800-160, Cyber T&E Guidebook, CMMC.
Previous work on security engineering and architecture for defense/national security systems.
Strong understanding of product/system/security design principles and ability to brief government customers.
TS/SCI clearance required.
