Head of Classified Infrastructure

What you'll do

• Develop and manage the classified infrastructure and information security strategy for the business line.
• Translate program requirements into classified infrastructure needs and identify associated information security risks.
• Integrate security into system design, infrastructure planning, and product development from the initial stages.
• Advise senior leadership on secure capabilities, technologies, and trends to ensure successful program execution.
• Partner with engineering teams to align security with cloud, edge, and hybrid architectures.
• Define new classified infrastructure capabilities, security policies, and service delivery models for emerging technologies.
• Design scalable security frameworks that support multiple programs across various classification levels.
• Ensure consistent application of RMF, accreditation strategies, and security documentation across all efforts.

What we're looking for

• 8-12+ years of experience in cyber, technology, and information security industry.
• Fluency in modern USG cyber methodologies including JSIG, ICD 503 CSEIG, SSECG, NIST SP 800-160, CMMC, and others.
• Previous experience in security engineering and architecture for defense/national security systems or complex embedded commercial systems.
• Ability to effectively brief and interact regularly with technically oriented government customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience standing up classified environments from retrofits to new-builds and accreditation (preferred).
• Experience with system-of-systems security engineering for intelligence and defense applications (preferred).
