As the Head of Agentic Servicing Desktop Delivery, you will join the Consumer Operations Technology group to lead the construction and delivery of a unified, intelligent agentic servicing desktop. This Senior Vice President role involves end-to-end ownership of architecture, migration, and the development of an agentic capability set including Agent Assist, next-best-action, guided workflows, and intelligent automation. You will manage the transition from legacy platforms to a modern system while leading a high-performing delivery organization. The role requires expertise in AI or ML platforms, agentic AI frameworks, and large-scale transformation within financial services. Key technical competencies include Java, Angular, Python, microservices architecture, REST or GraphQL APIs, LLM integration with retrieval-augmented generation, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Kafka, and vector databases. You will solve complex problems regarding credit card servicing operations, including fraud, disputes, and payments in a regulated environment.
Define and own the target-state architecture and technical design for a unified, intelligent agentic servicing desktop.
Build and lead a high-performing delivery organization by hiring specialists to manage legacy technology estates.
Develop and evolve the agentic capability set, including automated workflows, next-best-action tools, and compliance guardrails.
Manage the stability and production support of existing platforms while overseeing the migration to new systems.
Perform reverse engineering and gap analysis on legacy systems to create actionable delivery plans.
Partner with internal stakeholders in Risk, Compliance, and Operations to align on requirements and integration dependencies.
Manage resources, budgets, and delivery priorities across multiple teams to meet program milestones.
What we're looking for
Must have 10 or more years of experience in technology, transformation, or operations within financial services, specifically in credit cards or retail banking.
Must have 8 or more years owning, modernizing, or leading large-scale delivery for an enterprise agent servicing platform.
Must have hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, agentic AI frameworks, or intelligent automation in a regulated financial environment.
Must demonstrate the ability to build and lead large delivery organizations, including hiring into specialized or scarce skill areas.
Must possess deep knowledge of credit card servicing operations and fluency in regulatory environments like CFPB, PCI-DSS, BSA/AML, and data privacy.
Must be able to engage and influence senior leaders across technology and business functions to align on priorities and outcomes.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
