What you'll do

Define product strategy, roadmaps, and success measures for agent creation, governance, and platform administration.
Translate complex regulatory, security, and risk requirements into clear workflows for internal and external users.
Lead the full product lifecycle including discovery, wireframing, prototyping, and post-release measurement.
Establish evaluation criteria, test scenarios, and production readiness standards for AI-enabled capabilities.
Partner with Engineering to deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native infrastructure for enterprise AI agent deployment.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure auditability and privacy controls in regulated environments.
Manage and mentor a team of product managers while establishing clear priorities and execution plans.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience in product management for enterprise software, AI platforms, fintech, SaaS, infrastructure, or security products.
Must have 10+ years of experience building and shipping platform products used by multiple teams, customers, or user personas.
Must have 8+ years of experience translating technical, governance, identity, and risk requirements into product requirements and release plans.
Must have 6+ years of experience working with cloud-native systems, APIs, IAM, authorization, and security concepts.
Must have 6+ years of experience in regulated environments requiring security, compliance, auditability, and privacy controls.
Must have 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related field is required.
Work authorization to be considered for this role.
