  • Conduct installation, configuration, and bring-up of enterprise server hardware in data centers.
  • Analyze customer data to reproduce errors, resolve issues, or escalate problems as needed.
  • Debug NVIDIA products using oscilloscopes and analyzers to qualify and validate customer systems.

What we're looking for

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field required.
  • Strong analytical skills for reviewing enterprise system design and CPU architecture.
  • Understanding of x86 and ARM server architectures including BMC and out-of-band management.
  • Professional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with diverse technical audiences.
  • Experience using lab tools like oscilloscopes, multi-meters, and logic analyzers.
  • Comfortable working in Linux environments and familiar with Windows OS.
