What you'll do
Drive the development of cutting-edge standard cell libraries in deep submicron technologies.
Lead the modeling and performance analysis for transistor-level circuit designs.
Verify new ROM design functions and establish innovative design flows.
Conduct simulations to evaluate design margins using SPICE and other tools.
Provide insights to enhance existing tools and support quality checks on libraries.
What we're looking for
MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering with deep submicron process expertise.
Strong background in standard cell libraries and custom ROM design and verification.
Hands-on experience with SPICE simulation and new simulation tool adaptation.
Experience running EM/IR, aging, noise, margin, and high sigma variation simulations.
Proficient in DRC/LVS debug and designing flip flops, level shifters, math cells.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and analytical skills required.
