What you'll do

Investigate and remediate antenna faults, alarms, and anomalies both remotely and on-site.
Perform on-site fault analysis and troubleshooting of gateway antennas.
Maintain and update antenna calibrations as necessary for system performance.
Execute software updates and upgrades for various antenna components.
Manage interactions with partners to ensure technical compliance with project objectives.
Develop team training plans and instructional materials.
Communicate status, risks, and change control information to senior management.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee/asylee to meet export control requirements.
Bachelor's degree in RF, Aerospace, or another technical discipline is required or equivalent experience.
3+ years of satellite communications ground systems and operations experience are required.
2+ years of networking and troubleshooting experience are required.
3+ years of work experience in design and commission of radio/mobile telecommunications/RAN installations or SATCOM earth stations.
Experience in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving is required.
Ability to write and review accurate support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries.
Preferred skills include Ka-band infrastructure, LEO/MEO systems, and bilingual English and Spanish communication.
