What you'll do

Address and remediate antenna faults, alarms, and anomalies remotely and on-site.
Perform on-site fault analysis and troubleshooting of gateway antennas.
Maintain and update antenna calibrations as necessary.
Perform software updates and upgrades of antenna components.
Manage tactical interactions with partners to ensure technical compliance with project objectives.
Develop team training plans and technical materials.
Communicate regularly with senior management regarding status, risks, and change control.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
Must be eligible to obtain necessary export licenses or approvals based on nationality and citizenship.
3+ years of satellite communications ground systems and operations experience.
2+ years of networking and troubleshooting experience.
3+ years of work experience in design and commission of radio/mobile telecommunications/RAN installations or SATCOM earth stations.
Experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting or problem solving.
Bachelor's Degree in RF, Aerospace, or other technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Export control regulations.”.
