The GPU DV Engineer joins the GPU ASICS Engineering team to architect, design, implement, verify, and optimize the performance and power of GPU cores. In this role, you will build functional model simulations, develop software, and test various graphics to ensure correctness while meeting specific performance and power goals. You will be responsible for designing, programming, and running comprehensive graphics tests across different scenarios and benchmarks to verify functionality, stability, and power. Additionally, the role involves developing critical driver and compiler software to support GPU products and creating detailed technical documentation for complex projects. The work focuses on solving hardware and software challenges inherent in GPU architecture. Key skills required include advanced GPU knowledge, experience with graphics testing tools, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and third-party vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
Architect, design, implement, verify, and optimize the performance and power of GPU cores.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 4+ years of relevant engineering experience.
Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
At least 2 years of relevant GPU experience is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience interacting with senior leadership is preferred.
Experience in technical leadership roles with direct reports is preferred for applicable positions.
Ability to architect, design, implement, verify, and optimize the performance and power of GPU cores.
Proficiency in developing driver and compiler software and creating detailed technical documentation.
